JELLY BELLY FACTORY TOUR

We went to the Jelly Belly Factory. It was so cool. We picked up Nina and her friend, two French girls who were visiting Joey and Gayle. We had a little snack out in the parking lot before we went inside. I took a lot of pictures before I went in. We waited one hour to go on the tour. Not my idea of fun, but whatever, it was worth it. We actually got to see the actual factory and see workers working and see a few videos. One video said it takes 21 days to make a Jelly Belly!! I saw five robots, they were so cool. One of them had a toy model of a Jelly Bean with a cowboy hat and boots sitting on top. The robot picked up a sign that said 'Welcome to the Jelly Belly Factory'. It was kinda funny. It was very cool to see how the Jelly Belly's were made and see other kinds of candies that the factory also makes. After the tour, we got our very own packet of Jelly Belly's and a guide to which jelly bean goes to which flavor. We took a picture in front of a Jelly Belly sign and I saw a model of a pond with ducks made out of jelly beans!! I also saw a few pictures of presidents and Disney characters made of jelly beans too. They even had a cafeteria that had foods shaped like jelly beans. My mom bought 5 packages of Belly Flops. As we drove home in the car, we ate our jelly beans. It was so cool to eat jelly beans and look at the guide to which flavor they were. I even mixed some flavors up to make a different kind of flavor. It was a very fun afternoon.

Me with my Jelly Belly hat on. We had to wear hats on the tour.

Us in front of the huge jelly belly outside. It was so cool!!

Us in front of the Jelly Belly sign. Nina took the picture for me.
You're supposed to get the impression that jelly beans are falling from the sky. They're just hanging from the wall, though.

Boo, hoo hoo!!
I think this is a picture of Ronald Reagen. It's made entirely of jelly beans!!

Here are our French friends, as I call them. The one on the right is Nina, and the one on the left is A (pronounced Ena.) They came with us on the tour.
